Greetings, My name is Lynn Albrecht and I am a licensed massage therapist at Family Health Quest. I grew up in Warren, Illinois, where I attended Warren JR./SR High. I was active in band, marching band, and chorus. I was also a cheerleader and on the dance team. Another hobby I enjoyed doing with my father and grandfather was pulling antique farm tractors, which I still do today with my father. After high school, I worked in other settings until I decided to go back to school for massage therapy. I graduated from Capri College in Dubuque in the fall of 2017. I passed my national exam and became a licensed massage therapist shortly thereafter. I currently live in Elizabeth, Illinois where I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family as they are my biggest support team, and without them, I would not be where I’m at today. I am an active person and like to stay busy. My favorite spot to be is in my kitchen. I love to cook and bake. In the fall you will find me canning and freezing vegetables out of my garden. I took this opportunity so I could do something I love, which is helping people. I strive on making people feel better not only with moving better but mentally. My specialties are firm pressure, deep tissue, and sports massage. I am looking forward to helping you feel your best. See you soon!
I have been a Reflexologist in Freeport independently
since 2004, and I am also a licensed X-Ray Tech and Nail Tech. I also had the honor of becoming the
Reflexologist for several movie sets in the area, and for celebrities at the Chicago “TARDIS Doctor Who Convention”. I was born and raised in Freeport. My father was a Dentist, and my maiden name was Cannova. I graduated a Pretzel! I was VERY active in the theater scene for many years, and actually met my husband Randy while singing for a friend’s wedding. I didn’t catch the bouquet, but I caught the organist! We are active in music ministry at Embury UMC, where Randy is an organist/pianist, as well as the Freeport Choral Society. Although we have no children, we have 2 “fur kids”, Tiger and Piper, and a new Assistance Dog being trained for me named Jodie. I am so excited to be working with Dr. Pauls and Dr. Olivia and staff. It will enable me to add my services to an already exciting and important practice. I believe strongly in the ability of Reflexology to help support the body's function and health. I look forward to providing your future Reflexology services.
